Adulthood- The Bill is Billing
Welcome to Limitless! And happy third month, hehe!
~
Reallyyyy! This adulthood is not for the weak. The bills are billing and the upkeep is upkeepingš¤£. Yeah, can you tell Iām a Gen Z yet?! Everything is everythingingšš.
I was talking to one of my guys on Saturday and he was like heās thinking about what he would eat when he gets home. I actually laughed out and shook my head. These are the issues. Youāve just gotta look after yourself. If you decide to drink garri and sleep, no one will question you. Regardless, you still have to fix a meal by yourself if you would like to participate in the eating experienceš.
What? You would order a meal? In my opinion, itās not even cost-effective for this adulthood financial journey. Itās just better to cook your own food; you save more money, and you know what you are eating that way. I mean occasional food orders are very needed.
I personally order a meal when Iām sick, achieved a feat, or Iām superrr lazy to cook and have nothing in my fridge. When you keep doing it, sometimes it turns into a habit, and before you know it, the first thing you are thinking about when you do not have food is ordering a meal.
Maybe, this is just broke people talk?šš Iām not broke in Jesus name thoughš. Some people might have the money to buy food everyday. If I bought a meal everyday, my bank account and whole finance will definitely feel that change. I think the key here is to be wise while managing your finances, you want to save more, invest, and make more money.
Anywaysssss, is it just me or the prices of groceries these days are getting out of handš¤£. I also canāt be the only one who picks the pack of meat with the lowest price, I donāt care about the weightš¤£.
I was so happy today when I saw a $2 discount on a bag of flour. The weight was twice that of the one I would normally buy. So the price brought it down to the same cost. I definitely felt very blessed.
Well, these bills donāt rest. Youāve just gotta hit the moneymaking pedal.
Iāve never been more frugal and cautious with the way I spend my money. I mean Iāve always been wise with my finances, but doing adulthood independently has made me realize that itās either Iām wise or my pocket would pay dearly for it.

Lol, Iām just here to rant about how the adulthood billing is billing; nothing much.
I hope you guys are good though. Thank you for reading. Till we meet again.
