Overwhelmed
Shaken, confused, hurt, stressed. You let your walls down and they showed you a million reasons you shouldn’t have. You feel like the whole world is against you, you are irked at the sight of your trigger. Everything’s overwhelming. You start asking yourself questions about what exactly you are doing. Staggering and pondering, you wonder if really there’s light at the end of the tunnel. You feel resentful, or maybe angry. Hey, you are not alone. Trust me, it will get better.
